Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be attached

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges and Returns

  • Exchanges are only allowed for size adjustments, subject to availability.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition 

    Return or Exchange Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hey@soulsdiary to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if you received the wrong item (incorrect style, color, or size sent by us).

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, sizing issues, pre-orders, courier damage, shipping delays, or any other reasons at this time

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.

    Non-Refundable Items:
    Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including gift cards and final sale items.
