Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges are only allowed for size adjustments, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.

Return or Exchange Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hey@soulsdiary to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued if you received the wrong item (incorrect style, color, or size sent by us).

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, sizing issues, pre-orders, courier damage, shipping delays, or any other reasons at this time

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including gift cards and final sale items.
