By accessing or purchasing from Souls Diary, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to protect both you and our brand. General
Souls Diary reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them before purchasing. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
Orders & Pre-Orders
Some items may be sold as pre-orders. Pre-order items require 3–5 weeks of production time before shipping. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production or supply chain factors.
Pre-order status and estimated shipping timelines are clearly stated on the individual product page. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the production and shipping timeframe displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended processing time. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once placed.
Orders cannot be changed after checkout, including shipping address, size, or item selection.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Souls Diary does not collect, control, or reimburse customs or import charges.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or abandoned. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Souls Diary is not responsible for:

Stolen packages marked as delivered

Incorrect delivery due to customer-provided address errors
Any issues that occur in transit must be resolved directly with the courier. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for courier-related issues.
Shipping & Processing
Shipping Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can only update addresses if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, no address changes can be made, and Souls Diary is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, Souls Diary is not responsible for shipping delays, missed delivery dates, or service disruptions caused by the courier.
We package all orders with care and inspect items prior to shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

If a refund is approved due to an incorrect item sent, the item must be returned in original condition. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation, including delivery confirmation, tracking information, and this agreed-upon policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the property of Souls Diary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Souls Diary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
