IMPORTED/PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All imported items will be indicated on the product description. These items have a longer production cycle, taking upwards of 3 to 5 weeks.
Please note that since each piece is crafted upon order placement, it will enter our production queue, ensuring it receives the attention it deserves. While we strive for efficiency, some items may take between 3 to 5 weeks to complete and reach your doorstep
REMEMBER: Please note that purchasing faster shipping times does not exclude our production/processing times. Shipping times are calculated from the time you receive your tracking number.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
Shipping:
Domestic Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.
NOTE: International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Missing Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order is shipped, the courier is liable for its delivery.
